• By signing up for the CLaS Fellowship Ride, the Participants agree to grant the Organizers permission to collect, analyse, or distribute any personal information regarding the event as they deem fit, including any races statistics and demographic information to be used for any future planning, data, research, marketing, and/or any other purpose.
• The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, video, sound recordings, personal statements/interviews or any other media from the CLaS Fellowship Ride as they deem fit, including in future marketing and commercial advertising
• By registering his / her entry each rider indicates his / her acceptance of the conditions below. In order to participate in the Event, riders must comply with any age requirements specified in their category. Riders must adhere to the following:

• The organizers reserve the right with rightful responsibility to:
  ✅ Postpone the ride date or time.
  ✅ Provide refund option.
  ✅ Schedule a new date with automatic entry slot transfer.
  ✅ Last minute route changes.
  
• In the event of poor weather conditions and/or for safety reasons, the organizers reserve the rights without prior notice to suspend the ride or to make changes to the cut-off times.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, the starting time may be postponed for 3 hours at most, after which time the ride will be cancelled.
• Where necessary, the organizers reserve the right to make changes to or eliminate certain stretches of the route.

• There will be medical personnel on standby at the ride site.
• Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases only.
• There is GPA included in participant registration fee.
• Any claims of injuries/accident during the event, cyclist shall liaise with the appointed insurance agent by the organizer.
• There will be no cash claim/compensation given to the cyclists related to this matter.
• Participants must be physically fit and in good health to complete their chosen ride distance within the designated cut off time.
• Participants are responsible for their health insurance and wellbeing. The event organizers assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that occurs from training, during, or as a result of the event. Participants are encouraged to consult with their medical practitioner before the event.
• Participants must retire from the ride immediately if asked/requested to do so by any member of the officials, medical personnel, or security officers.
• This safety and medical regulations will now include additional requirements in the COVID -19 Code of Conduct

• Only cyclist with bib number will have access to the water station.
• The downloaded route map will contain accurate indications of the water station or regroup points.

• CLaS Fellowship Ride (the “Event”) is organized by BikeBaju, 365x and KPRJ Sports (the “Organizer”). A rider, being a person who has entered to take part in this Fellowship Ride, is deemed to have given permission to the Organizer for the Organizer to collect, analyses and collate the personal information relating to that rider.
• By completing the official entry form, including through online registration, the rider signals his / her agreement to abide by these Rules and Regulations.
• The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, images, recordings, or any other record of the Event and its riders for any commercial advertising and other promotional purposes.
• The rider agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the rider captured in the registration form (the “Registration Data”); The Organizer may contact the rider from time to time by email, WhatsApp or Call. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed to be received by the rider concerned.
• After registration, there will be no fee refund for any rider who does not in due course take part in these Events, for any reason whatsoever. Registration is strictly non-transferrable.
• The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to riders, to cancel the Event; or to amend CLaS Fellowship Ride cycling routes as it deems fit for the safety of the riders and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the Event. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform riders prior to the date of the Event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience consequential to such changes.
• The Organizer will not accept any liability for loss or damage to any individual’s property or belongings. The Organizer also reserves the right to check any item or baggage.
• Participants to be at least Sixteen (16) years of age need to fill the Parental Consent Letter.
• For safety reasons, riders who do not start within Fifteen (15) minutes of their respective flag-off time, may be disqualified and not be allowed onto the course.
• All riders must follow the designated routes.
• Route officials will stop riders who are unlikely to finish the ride within the stipulated duration. Such riders will be brought to the starting points. Riders who fail or refuse to do so may be removed from the route immediately.
• Distance and duration indicated are only approximate. The organizer reserves the right to amend such distance and duration.
• All riders are to remain behind the safety escort lead vehicles and in front of the safety escort rear vehicles at all times.
• Helmet is a must have to enter into all category of riders. Rear light is required to ensure a good distance judgement if it is a night cycling event, otherwise it is optional.
• All riders must abide by standard traffic regulations, as well as the direction given by the police, traffic management and Event officials during the ride.
• Child seat on bicycle is not allowed due to safety reasons.

100km = 5½ Hours

(Route officials will divert riders who are unlikely to finish the ride within the stipulated duration. Such riders will be guided to the designated diversion points along the route. For their own safety and to avoid being caught in between live traffic, riders must follow instructions. Riders who fail to do so may be removed from the route immediately)

The following bikes are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for any category:

❌ Bikes with Disc Wheels / Rim Covers;
❌ Bikes with Aero or Extension Bars;
❌ Fixie Bikes;
❌ Specialist Time Trial Bikes;
❌ Unicycles; and
❌ Electrical Scooters.

• Bikes with Drop Handle Bars and/or Disc Brakes are allowed.
• Tandem bicycles may be used by visually handicapped riders ONLY. Participants should seek clearance from the Organizer on a case-by-case basis.
• Regrettably riders who attend the Event with unapproved bikes will be unable to participate
